You are welcome to read this site and to use anything we publish on it to improve your own business. The words, images and data on it belong to us, so please do not republish them as your own. The case study figures are taken from real Google accounts for the periods stated, and past results are not a promise of future ones.
The check is genuinely free. There is no charge, no card, and nothing to cancel. We look at your Google search results and your Google Business Profile, tell you what we would fix and in what order, and you are free to take that away and act on it yourself.
We may need to ask for your business name, website and location to prepare it. We will not contact your customers, and we will not change anything on your Google profile without your say-so.
Your services, price and minimum term are agreed in writing before any work starts. We invoice monthly in advance. Once the minimum term is over, either of us can end it with 30 days' notice, and we will hand over anything that belongs to you.
Anything we build for you and you have paid for, such as a website or a Google Business Profile, is yours. Accounts we set up in your name stay in your name.
We do not guarantee a particular ranking, a number of calls, or a level of revenue. Nobody honestly can: Google decides what it shows, and it changes how it decides. What we do promise is the work described, reported in plain English, with the real numbers whether they flatter us or not.
We are not responsible for losses caused by something outside our control, such as a change Google makes, an outage at a platform we use, or a change you or a third party makes to your own accounts.
The work needs a few things from you: access to the accounts it touches, answers when we ask a question, and accurate information about your business. If those do not arrive, the work slows down, and that is not something we can fix at our end.
If something is wrong, email [email protected] and say so plainly. We would rather hear it early.
