A short list of the things costing you work, in the order we would deal with them, and the reasoning behind that order. It is yours either way. Plenty of trades have taken it and done the lot themselves, and that is a fine outcome: we would rather be the people who told you straight than the people who sold you a package.
If you do want us to run it, we will say what that involves and what it costs. That part comes at the end of the call rather than the start, once there is something real to price.
