What happens after I fill in the form?

Ellie, Scott's AI assistant, texts you within a few minutes (or first thing in the morning if it's late) to find a time. The call is a 30-minute Google Meet with Scott, on a weekday evening (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). There's nothing to prepare. We do the digging beforehand, and Scott shares his screen. A laptop's best so you can see your results, but a phone works.

Is Ellie a real person?

No. Ellie is Scott's AI assistant. She sorts the booking by text so Scott can stay on the work. The call itself is with Scott.

None of those evenings work for me.

Tell Ellie which evenings suit you and she'll pass it to Scott. He'll try to fit you in.

Is the call really free? What's the catch?

Yes, it's free. No card, no contract. We make our money from the trades who like what they see and ask us to run it for them, not from the call itself.

What will I get from the call?

We pull up your Google results and your Business Profile, show you where you rank against the trades above you, and tell you what's costing you the calls. You leave with a short to-do list, in the order we'd tackle it.

Will you try to sell me something?

Working together only comes up at the end, once there's something real to price. If you want us to do the work, we'll say what that involves and what it costs. If you'd rather do it yourself, the to-do list is yours either way.

What do you actually do?

We get you found on Google when someone near you searches for your trade. That means your Google Business Profile, your reviews and, where it's needed, your website, with every enquiry landing in one place. Joiners and carpenters are where we started and where most of our work is.

I already pay for Checkatrade or a lead site. Is this the same thing?

No. Lead sites rent you enquiries, and other trades are often chasing the same job. This builds up your own Google listing, so people find you and ring you direct. Your Google Business Profile is yours, whoever looks after it.

I'm already rushed off my feet. Do I need this?

Then this lets you pick the good jobs instead of taking whatever turns up. And it keeps you covered for the quiet months, because they come round.

Does it actually work?

What does it cost, and am I tied in?

We go through that on the call, once you've seen where you stand. Every business is different, so we quote once we've looked at yours. There are no set packages to pick between. If we work together, Scott explains exactly how long it runs before you agree to anything.
